Below is a list of 2010 Special Events that will be taking place at the Action BMX track in Surrey located at 76 Avenue and 126 Street.

DOUBLE POINT RACE: Friday, September 10 @ 7pm, $10 race. Register 5:30-6:15pm. Chips & freezie to all full-track riders OR Action BMX waterbottle OR we also have a limited quantity of chain bracelets available on a first come, first serve basis.

BC CUP #8: September 11 @ 11am, register 8:30am-9:30am

BC CUP FINALS: September 12 @ 10am, register 8am-8:30am

We are accepting registration at the motoshed Thursday and Friday night starting at 5:30pm or riders can register on-line and save $5 at http://www.cyclingbc.net/bc-cup-8-finals. On-line registration closes Wed. Sept. 8 at midnight.

Team races will be held at Saturday and Sunday's races, so get together 5 of your friends or family members and put together a fun team. Cost $2 per team, make payment and pick up team sign up sheet at the concession. Prize payout, $50 for 1st; $30 for 2nd; $20 for 3rd.

If you've raced 5 or more regular Thursday night races at Action BMX this season (by Sept 2) you are invited to attend the

YEAR END AWARDS, PIZZA & POOL PARTY

taking place Saturday, October 2nd from 6pm to 8pm

at the Newton Community Center, 7120 - 136B Street, Surrey

followed by a pool party at the Newton Wave Pool from 8pm to 10pm.

COMPLETED EVENTS

TRIPLE POINT RACE: Saturday, April 10 @ 7pm.

$15 race. Cap 4th rider $4. All full track riders awarded your choice of

powerade & chips OR Action BMX waterbottle OR cool bike chain bracelet.

DOUBLE POINT RACE: Friday, June 4 @ 7pm, registration 5:30-6:15. $10 race for double the points. Chips and Freezie for all full-track riders.

BC CUP #3: Saturday, June 5 @ 11am, registration 8:30-9:30am (or register at Thursday or Friday nights race)

DOUBLE POINT RACE: Thursday, July 1, 2010 @ 7pm, $10 race

(T-shirt awarded to all full-track riders that race @ Abby during the day and Action in the evening)
